Our Policy on Publishing Material
Participants Submitting to Our Site
The public material generated by the research and loaded to the Global-Local database will remain publicly
accessible for all communities and researchers, apart from material
that we are ethically prohibited from making public. Culturally or politically
sensitive material will remain confidential between individual researchers
and the people with whom they are working collaboratively. Otherwise,
this is an open-source project.
All materials, including images and stories,
are copyright for the purposes of commercial use. For other users we
ask only that they formally register their interest and the context
in which the material will be used by emailing us, and fully acknowledge
the source of the material.
Non-Participants Submitting to Our Site
Because we aim not only to further academic research interactions, but also to provide an avenue for debate with NGOs,
community groups and other end-users, we are providing a means for such debate to begin. If you have a question, have an
opinion on one of our papers, the project as a whole, or a paper of your own you want to share, please use our on-line
form under Discussion and Debate. This submission form has a separate purpose from our interactive
research database. We provide this form because we invite feedback of a
more general nature and the submission of papers or comment not necessarily related to any one of our sites or our
research themes.

upcoming conference that may be of interest please use the forms provided under Events to do so.
Registering Interest in Joining the Global-Local Database
The following form is provided to allow people who are not currently affiliated with Community Sustainability to register interest in taking part.
The contents of this for will be forwarded to the relevant Site Manager and they will reply to you with more information.
